Holly Ovenden

Holly is  freelance graphic designer and illustrator specialising in book covers.

Shortlisted for Designer of the Year at The British Book Awards and selected by The Bookseller as a Rising Star in 2021, she has also won four Academy of British Cover Design (ABCD) awards in 2021, 2022 & 2023. Her work has been featured in The Guardian, AIGA Eye on Design, The Strategist, Creative Review, Print Magazine, Lit Hub, The Type Directors Club and the Bologna Children’s Book Fair – Jackets Off exhibition.

Holly has done some amazing covers for us, one of which won and ABCD award (The Acrobats of Agra) and two of which were shortlisted. She also did the inside illustrations to The Acrobats of Agra.
