David Macphail has worked as a chicken wrangler, a ghost-tour guide, and a waiter on a tropical island, and he now has the sensible job of writing about yetis, Vikings, mad aliens and the funny side of history. David is the author of the Lollies short listed Thorfinn the Nicest Viking series, the Top-Secret Grandad series, the Velda the Awesomest Viking series, An Amazing Illustrated Atlas of Scotland and An Amazing History Atlas of Scotland. He lives in Perthshire, Scotland.
