ITALIAN EXCELLENCE. ILLUSTRATIONS FOR ITALO CALVINO Bologna 2023

Ewa is an exceptional artist and her illustrations for The Chestnut Roaster by Eve McDonnell are superb and we look forward to working with her on the illustrations to Welcome to Dead Town, Raven McKay by Eibhlís Carcione, out May 2023.

521 illustrators from 47 countries and regions took part the international contest for “Italian Excellence. Illustrations for Italo Calvino”. The jury selected 30 illustrations that will make part of the exhibition, containing already published illustrations of Calvino’s works. This is to celebrate the hundred years’ anniversary of the birth of Italo Calvino.
